About Tai Chi Classes

A class for everyone

Tai chi is characterised by smooth circular movements that involve deep breathing, mindfulness. But don’t be fooled by its apparent ease. Tai chi also enhances proprioception, muscle strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health. Studies show that  doing Tai Chi regularly can also enhance cognitive function and mood.

Tai Chi is very much a community class with lots of general interaction from all.
